REVIEW BOARD AND COVENANTS SUMMARY
ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD
The Architectural Review Board (ARB) shall be the governing
body for the homes to be built in the subdivision and will consist of at least 3 members.
Initially, the ARB will consist of Bryan Martindale, Scott Miller and Phil Martin (the
engineer for the development). As the subdivision develops, homeowners will be
incorporated onto the ARB. All covenants will be administered by the ARB.
