More and more families are calling Wyndmoor their home. It is our belief that this is case because of Wyndmoor’s great reputation as a friendly family subdivision. As we wind down toward the final phase of the subdivision there continues to be a extremely strong demand for the quality of homesites and homes that Wyndmoor provides.  

Of the six phases in Wyndmoor, the first four phases of Wyndmoor have completely sold out ! Only a few of the Phase V homesites remain.

Phase VI of the subdivision will be starting in mid May 2006 with the homesites available for building in August.  Phase VI consists of connecting the “gap” in Milldale Drive between Heathrow and Burberry Lanes and the gap around the loop in Burberry Lane (click on the plat map button on the home page for an overall map of the subdivision). The homesites in Phase VI of Wyndmoor are all in the R-1 zoning district which will allow a ranch style home of 1700 or more square feet or a multi-story home of 2000 or more square feet. A unique feature of Phase VI is that homesites 68-71 have frontage on a pond. These homesites will surely be the first to sell in Phase VI, so if you’re interested in pond frontage you may want to reserve your lot via a pre-subdivision sales contract. A pre-subdivision contract is available for buyers that desire to hold a lot in Phase VI until it is ready for building. See the pre-sales agreement “button” on the home page for more information. It is anticipated that Phase VI lots will sell quickly once folks see the construction of the infrastructure beginning; so if you want your choice of homesites, now it the time to execute a pre-subdivision sales contract.

If you are interested in a duplex lot, you’ll need to hurry, because there is only one duplex lot left in Wyndmoor South.
