Wyndmoor Development Schedule

The first four phases of Wyndmoor have completely sold out with the homes in this area of the subdivision being almost completely built out.

Phase V of the subdivision is seeing a tremendous amount of ongoing home building activity. There are only a few homesites that remain in Phase V. It is anticipated that most of the homes in Phase V will be completed by the end of 2006. To determine the specific homesites that remain, please return to our “home page” or “plat map” button. These pages are updated on a regular basis so that you will be able to determine the homesites which are available. Phase V homesites are available for immediate building. However, there are only a limited number of these homesites that have not been sold. Check out our plat map to see which homesites are still available in Phase V.

Phase VI is the last phase of the Wyndmoor subdivision. It consists of 15 homesites zoned in the R-1 district (1700 sq ft minimum for a ranch style home and 2000 sq ft minimum for a two story home). Four of the homesites in Phase VI provide for frontage on a large pond. Construction of Phase VI will begin in mid-May 2006. These homesites will be available for building in August 2006. Until the infrastructure is completed in Phase VI and the final plat is recorded, Phase VI homesites may be held via a “pre-subdivision” sales contract. This contract requires a $1000 deposit which is then applied toward the purchase price of your lot at closing.
